Well I invite you to look on the back, and observe the long list of ingredients, including high fructose corn syrup (if you ever see this ingredient don’t eat it – it is artificial and causes you to gain weight), corn syrup, and sugar.

Other example is soy. Advertisers will tell you that soy is one of the healthy foods around, but this is simply not true. This is because most of the processed soy products on the market contain toxins which keep you liver incredibly busy trying to filter them out of your body. Unfortunately your liver is also the organ that burns body fat, but the toxins in soy, as well as the majority of processed foods, keep your liver to busy dealing with the toxins that they have no time to burn your unwanted body fat.

So, the bottom line is never believe the advertising claims, but instead, look at the back of the box at the ingredients list.
